Gator Soccer Gets NCAA Bid

The University of Florida soccer team has received a bid to be one of 64 teams competing in the NCAA Tournament.

Florida begins play Saturday when it will host Florida Gulf Coast, the champion of the Atlantic Sun Conference. Play begins at 7pm. The Gators beat Florida Gulf Coast 5-0 earlier this year.

Florida received an at large bid and it was one of a record eight SEC teams that got bids to the NCAA Tournament.
