It appears the search for Florida’s next offensive coordinator could be narrowing.

Several newspaper reports suggest Oklahoma co-offensive coordinator Jay Norvell is not going to leave the Sooners which could mean the search is down to Brian White, currently on the Gator staff, and to Brent Pease, the offensive coordinator at Boise State.

It looks like former Gator Kerwin Bell is not going to be in the running for this position but there have been reports that he was offered a job as Florida’s quarterbacks coach. That has not been confirmed.

White served as Florida’s offensive coordinator for the Gator Bowl win over Ohio State and is on the road recruiting for the Gators.
