Elway Says Tebow Deserves A Chance To Be Broncos Starter

Hall of Fame quarterback and Denver Broncos executive John Elway says Tim Tebow deserves a shot to be the starting quarterback next season in Denver.

Elway and head coach John Fox held a season ending news conference on Monday following Denver’s 45-10 playoff loss at New England where Tebow finished 9 of 26 passing. Elway said Tebow improved this season and he feels that with a proper offseason to train and get better he will improve even more.

Elway said he will even work personally with Tebow to refine his mechanics and to make him a better quarterback.
