Heat Eliminate Knicks In NBA Playoffs; Next Face Pacers

The Miami Heat have moved on to the second round of the Eastern Conference playoffs in the NBA after disposing of the New York Knicks 106-94 Wednesday night in Miami.   The Heat win the series 4-1 and will next play the Indiana Pacers in Game 1 of that series on Sunday in Miami.

LeBron James scores 29 points to help the Heat to the win and Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade each chipped in with 19 as well.

In another NBA playoff game last night, Memphis staves off elimination by downing the Los Angeles Clippers 92-80.

Tonight, Philadelphia, the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics can wrap up their respective playoff series with wins.
