Heat Eliminates Pacers In NBA Playoffs

The Miami Heat move on to the NBA’s Eastern Conference Finals after disposing of the Indiana Pacers 105-93 Thursday in Indianapolis.

Dwayne Wade was the star for the Heat, throwing down 41 points as Miami moves on to face either the Boston Celtics or the Philadelphia 76ers; those teams meet Saturday in a series deciding Game 7 in Boston.

Indy lead early but then Wade got hot and Miami never looked back as he scored 26 points by halftime.   The Heat won the game without suspended former Gator Udonis Haslem who will return for the next series.
