Gator Baseball Starts Final Homestand Tonight

The University of Florida baseball team begins its final homestand of the regular season tonight when it hosts Florida A&M; you can hear the action live starting at 6:55pm on ESPN 850 WRUF.

Florida (25-23, 12-12 SEC) comes off a weekend in which it was swept at LSU.   If Florida hopes to make a regional, the team must finish over the .500 mark to qualify.

The Gators host a FAMU team that is struggling with a 7-42 record on the season but they do come off a doubleheader sweep.

Florida will host a good Florida Atlantic team on Tuesday before returning to SEC action to host Auburn for the weekend.   Florida will close its regular season with a series at Georgia.
