Gator Softball Advances In SEC Tournament

The Gator softball team used two big innings Thursday to beat Alabama 8-4 to advance in the SEC Tournament.

Florida, the top seed, had a first round bye and then took care of Alabama, a winner over Texas A&M on Wednesday.   Florida used a three run inning and a four run inning to get the win, their 50th of the season.

UF now advances to the third round of the tournament.
