Two more members of Florida’s 2013 baseball signing class have gone pro and signed deals with Major League Baseball teams.
Infielder Christian Arroyo, a first round selection by San Francisco, reportedly signed for about $1.8 million. Left handed pitcher Sean Brady, a fifth round selection by Cleveland, also signed for a reported $800,000.
There are now three members of Florida’s signing class that have gone pro but the good news is that no more are expected to leave.
Junior pitchers Jonathon Crawford and Daniel Gibson will not return after signing pro deals and many expect junior pitcher Johnny Magliozzi to sign with the New York Mets.
