SEC Media Day Recap: Arkansas

By on July 26th, 2013

A 4-8 season is disappointing, but 2-6 within the conference isn’t any better. The Arkansas Razorbacks have struggled in recent years to climb back to the top of the Southeastern Conference.

Losing their 3,000-yard passer from a year ago won’t help. Tyler Wilson may not be the quarterback for Arkansas any longer, but new head coach Bret Bielema is convinced he can turn his team around in his first year on the job.

Bielema says his offense will be a well-balanced machine.

Bielema says his defense will have a confident group of seniors.

New to the SEC, Bielema?spent the past six years as the head coach at Wisconsin and he believes being in the SEC will?help him recruit players.

The Razorbacks will host Louisiana Lafayette to start the season August 31.
