NFL Playoffs Set As Regular Season Ends

The NFL regular season is over and while the playoffs are now set, there is already one head coach that has been fired.

In the AFC, the wild card game next week has Kansas City visiting Indianapolis and on Sunday San Diego will visit Cincinnati.   New England and Denver get first round byes.

In the NFC, New Orleans visits Philadelphia in the wild card game and on Sunday San Francisco visits Green Bay.  Seattle and Carolina get first round byes.

It was not a good day for the Florida teams Sunday as all three teams lost their final games.  Jacksonville was beaten by Indy 30-10, Tampa Bay lost at New Orleans 42-17 and Miami got bounced from playoff contention by losing at home to the New York Jets 20-7.

And one head coach has already been fired; the Cleveland Browns fire Rob Chudzinski after just one season on the job as the Browns finished 4-12.

The Houston Texans are looking for a new coach and there are a couple of other NFL teams who could be looking for new coaches in the next few days as well.
