Gator Gymnastics Makes Super Six

The top ranked Florida gymnastics team has advanced to the Super Six competition tonight in the NCAA Championship being held in Birmingham, Alabama.

Defending champion Florida is joined by the only team that has beaten them this year in Alabama, and ironically, their scores in the first round were identical at 197.65. ¬†Nebraska gets the third national qualifying spot from Florida’s group.

The other semifinal rotation sees Georgia, LSU and Oklahoma advance to the Super Six.   The national champion will be crowned after the Super Six competition.
