So far, no charges have been filed in the case. ** The sale of

the LA Clippers is now official as Donald Sterling finally is out and in is new owner Steve Ballmer. ** In baseball, Tampa Bay loses 3-2 to the Texas Rangers while the Atlanta Braves lose 4-2 to the LA Dodgers. Miami blanks St.Louis 3-0.
