** The Florida baseball team is now 14-2 on the year after beating Maine 5-3 Sunday to complete a three game sweep. Next up Fairfield at home Tuesday and Wednesday.
** The Florida women’s golf team finishes second in the Suntrust Invitational it hosted this weekend. Arizona won the title.
** The SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament will start this week. Eight seed Florida will play nine seed Alabama Thursday afternoon.
** South Carolina captures the SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament with a 62-46 win over Tennessee Sunday.
** Some teams have already qualified for the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. Belmont is dancing and so is North Florida, earning its first ever NCAA berth by winning the Atlantic Sun Tournament.
** Kevin Harvick wins the NASCAR race in Las Vegas on Sunday, beating out Martin Truex Jr and Ryan Newman.
** NFL free agency officially starts Tuesday but some big names are reportedly moving teams. The Miami Dolphins will sign free agent defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh to a $114 million free agent deal.
** The Philadelphia Eagles will keep quarterback Mark Sanchez and will sign free agent running back Frank Gore but they will also apparently lose number one wide receiver Jeremy Maclin. The Green Bay Packers re-sign wide receiver Randall Cobb and running back Mark Ingram will stay with New Orleans.
** And Orlando had a big crowd for its first MLS game with New York on Sunday with game ending 1-1 in front of over 60,000 people.
