Florida Swimming Prepares for Buckeye Invitational

The fall Florida swimming season slows down with a trip to Ohio for the Gators.

The team will be swimming both long course and short course events at the Buckeye Invitational. The competition will last three days and Florida head coach Gregg Troy explains that the team will have a great chance to show off their skills.

The dual meet part of the fall season is over and Troy says that it is time for the teams to look back at what they’ve done and focus what needs to be improved.  Both the coaches and the swimmers will have a chance to review how they’ve performed done so far.

The next few weeks will be beneficial for the underclassmen as well and will give them a chance to get used to the pace. The team will be able to see their competition and be prepared going into the spring season.

The invitational will run November 20-22 in Columbus, Ohio.
