NOAA: Debby was a Drought Buster

Two tropical storms in a month has officially (according to NOAA) brought an end to the drought in North-Central Florida.  Year-long rainfall deficits of nearly 20 inches have been erased and most of the state is no longer in a drought.  UF Meteorologist Jeff Huffman breaks down the data and has the latest on the ongoing river flooding as well in your Tropical Weather Update.
