Spring Break “hot spots” won’t be anywhere close to hot this weekend in the state of Florida. So if you’re ready to hit the beach or the pool after classes end on Friday, you better make alternative plans. WRUF has been tracking this cold snap for days, and it will likely be every bit as cold as projected from our exclusive 10-day forecast nearly a week ago. The good news is the arctic air will be brief, and much of South Florida will rebound quickly. However, a second cold front arriving mid-week may keep much of northern Florida on the chilly side through next weekend, but the coldest chill will occur over the first three days of break. We’ve put together some 10-day forecasts for the entire week for select destinations to help you plan around this early March chill. Click on the arrows to toggle between cities.
