Wednesday Sports Update (11/12)

A new top four in college football, NFL news, NBA, even some baseball in our Wednesday Sports Update…

** The new College Football Playoff Committee poll is out and Mississippi State is still number one.   Oregon bumps FSU down to number three and TCU is fourth.

** Florida quarterback Treon Harris was named SEC Freshman of the Week for his performance against Vanderbilt last Saturday.

** In the NFL, Miami plays Buffalo tomorrow in a key AFC East contest.   Both teams trail New England in the division.

** In the NBA, Toronto downs Orlando 104-100 as the Magic fall to 2-6 on the year.  Orlando is at New York tonight while Miami hosts Indiana.

** Baltimore’s Buck Showalter and Washington’s Matt Williams are the American and National League Managers of the Year in their respective leagues.  Baltimore and Washington both won their divisions this season.
