Gators Name Wide Receivers Coach

After weeks of speculation, the wait is over as the Florida football program has finally hired a wide receivers coach to complete the staff for new head coach Jim McElwain.

Kerry Dixon will coach UF’s receivers.   He has a 10 year coaching background, having coached most recently at Florida International University and Florida Atlantic University, where he coached the running backs.

Dixon has no experience coaching wide receivers but has coached running backs and quarterbacks during his career.
