March Madness Upon Us, But UF Hoops Not Part Of It

March Madness is officially here after the bracket for the NCAA men’s tournament was announced Sunday. The women’s bracket is announced tonight.

As great as March Madness is, Florida basketball will not be part of it and in fact the seasons are done for both teams.

The Gator men did not get invited to the NIT and declined bids to two other tournaments.

Meanwhile, Kentucky, Arkansas, LSU, Georgia and Ole Miss are dancing in the NCAA Tournament from the SEC.
