Gator Men's Basketball Hosts Georgia Tonight

The Gator men’s basketball team looks for its first SEC win of the year tonight when it hosts Georgia; WRUF Sports Radio 850 has live coverage starting at 5:30pm with the Countdown To Tipoff Show.

Florida lost its SEC opener at Tennessee over the weekend and Georgia also lost its first conference game as well.

The Gators might be without the services of forward Casey Prather who injured an ankle in the Tennessee game; he could be a game time decision.

Florida is 12-4 overall while Mark Fox and his Georgia team come to Gainesville with a 9-6 overall record. The Bulldogs lost a lot of talent from their team a year ago and only one senior is in their starting lineup in senior guard Gerald Robinson Jr. The leading scorer for Georgia is freshman guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope who averages 14.6 points and 5.1 rebounds a game.
