FSU Beats Boston College; UCF Loses

The Florida State Seminoles continue to play good football after rolling over Boston College 38-7 Thursday night. The Seminoles have now won four straight to improve their record to 6-3 overall and to 4-2 in ACC play while BC falls to 2-7 and to 1-5 in the league.

FSU quarterback E.J. Manuel threw for a score and ran for another as the Seminoles opened up a 28-0 halftime lead and cruised from there.

The news was not so good for UCF as the Golden Knights fall to Tulsa 24-17 Thursday. UCF falls to 4-4 overall and 2-2 in Conference USA while the Golden Hurricanes are now 5-3 overall and 5-0 in conference play.
