Bucs Win, Dolphins Lose In NFL Action

The Tampa Bay Bucs use two touchdown passes from quarterback Josh Freeman to down the San Diego Chargers 34-24 Sunday in Tampa.  The 5-4 Bucs also scored on an interception return and a blocked punt as the Chargers fall to 4-5.

The Miami Dolphins were crushed by the Tennessee Titans 37-3 in Miami.  The Dolphins are now 4-5 while the Titans improve to 4-6.

In other games, the only unbeaten team in the NFL is no longer unbeaten after Atlanta falls at New Orleans 31-27.  The Saints are 4-5 while the Falcons are 8-1.

There was also a rare tie in the NFL on Sunday as St.Louis and San Francisco tied at 24.   Both teams missed overtime field goals.

Minnesota beats Detroit 34-24, Cincinnati routs the New York Giants 31-13; Denver smothers Carolina 36-14; New England nips Buffalo 37-31; Dallas hands Philadelphia a 38-23 loss, Seattle rips the New York Jets 28-7; Baltimore wallops Oakland 55-20 and Houston downs Chicago in the rain 13-6.
