Lots Of SEC Teams In USA Today Top 25 College Football Poll

A total of eight teams in the Southeastern Conference are ranked in the USA Today Coaches preseason poll that is now released.

Oklahoma is the preseason number one team in the land followed by Alabama, Oregon, LSU and Florida State. Rounding out the top ten are Stanford, Boise State, Oklahoma State, Texas A&M and Wisconsin.

Most of the SEC teams are in the bottom half of the poll. South Carolina is 12th, Arkansas is 14th with defending national champion Auburn 19th. Mississippi State is ranked 20th and Georgia is 22nd.
