Bucs Win, Jags And Fins Lose In NFL Action

The Tampa Bay Bucs rally from a 17-0 halftime deficit on the road to defeat the Minnesota Vikings 24-20 Sunday.

LeGarrette Blount scored from four yards out with less than a minute to go to seal the comeback win for the Bucs.

The news wasn’t as good for the other Florida teams; Jacksonville was crushed by the New York Jets 32-3 and Houston moves to 2-0 after beating Miami 23-13.

In other NFL games, the Detroit Lions are 2-0 after crushing Kansas City 48-3 and Buffalo is 2-0 after rallying to beat Oakland 38-35 as former Gator David Nelson catches the winning touchdown pass with 14 seconds left.

Washington rallies to beat Arizona 22-21; Pittsburgh blanks Seattle 24-0l Denver beats Cincinnati 24-22; New Orleans downs Chicago 30-13; Tennessee upsets Baltimore 26-13; New England downs San Diego 35-21 as Tom Brady throws for 423 yards.

Green Bay tops Carolina 30-23 despite another 400 yard passing day from rookie Cam Newton; Dallas rallies to beat San Francisco 27-24 in overtime; Cleveland downs Indianapolis 27-19; and Atlanta rallies to beat Philadelphia 35-31.
