Local Soccer Teams Advance In Regionals

A pair of local boys high school soccer teams advanced in Regional action from Tuesday night.

Eastside tops Citrus 6-0 and Buchholz advances with a 4-3 win over Spruce Creek. Santa Fe lost to Pierson Taylor 4-1 while PK Yonge lost 5-2 to Crescent City and Oak Hall lost 3-2 to Oviedo Master’s Academy.

Buchholz advances to play Jacksonville Mandarin in a regional semifinal while Eastside advances to face Belleview.
