No. 5 Gator Lacrosse Hosts No. 10 Dartmouth Tonight

Florida Lacrosse is headed into a tough matchup with a talented Dartmouth team tonight at Donald R. Dizney Stadium. It is the first time in program history the Gators will face the Big Green who are undefeated in their five games so far this season.

Dartmouth’s last win came as a double overtime upset over third ranked Duke on Saturday. But the 8-2 Gators are coming off success as well, bringing a four game win streak to the table. The Orange & Blue defeated a young William and Mary team 21-8 on the road over the weekend, and last Wednesday, the Gators claimed a 17-4 home victory over Stony Brook. Florida Head Coach Amanda O’Leary says the team’s performance against the Seawolves last week showed the team’s progress.

Tune in to WRUF Sportsradio 850 tonight to see if the Gators will be able to continue the streak against the Big Green.  Coverage starts at 6:20pm and opening draw is set for 6:30. The Gators will go on the road to end the week with their first American Lacrosse Conference game, facing Ohio State this Saturday.
