Both the Miami Heat and the Orlando Magic are coming off disappointing losses on Wednesday and will look to rebound with wins in their next games.
Miami was blasted by the Oklahoma City Thunder 112-95 and Orlando lost to the Toronto Raptors 98-83.
Miami coach Erik Spoelstra believes his team got outplayed by the Thunder.
“The turnovers, the poor shots and the missed shots we normally make but our offense got us in trouble and that was uncharacteristic. Even the right plays we were making we were ethier fumbling it or guys thought they were zigging while they were really zagging.”
Magic coach Jacque Vaughn had some kind words for Toronto point guard Kyle Lowry who had a big game against his team.
“Very tough because he got it going early; he got comfortable throughout the course of the game but the early shots dictated the rest of the game for him.”
