Florida Women’s Guard Jaterra Bonds Earns SEC Team Honor

Florida women’s basketball senior guard Jaterra Bonds has been awarded a spot on the Associated Press All-SEC Second Team.

In her final season in a Gator uniform, Bonds has been a do-everything player. Bonds lead the team in scoring at 15.6 points per game and was the leading distributor on the team, at 4.3 assists per game.

Bonds was also third on the team in total rebounds and total steals.

Bonds and Florida (19-12) earned a No. 11 seed in the NCAA Tournament and will play No. 6 seed Dayton (23-7) on Sunday at 3 p.m.
