** The Gator baseball team, fresh off a road sweep at Alabama, gets right back at it tonight when it faces Mercer, a very good team at 34-11 on the year.
** The Miami Marlins beat the New York Mets 4-3 Monday while the Atlanta Braves lose their seventh in a row, 4-3 to St.Louis. Those teams play each other tonight while Tampa Bay begins a series with Baltimore.
** In the NBA playoffs, a big night for former Gator Bradley Beal as he scores 25 points in a 102-96 road win at Indiana. Washington wins a second round playoff game for the first time since 1982. And the LA Clippers beat Oklahoma State to go up 1-0 in that series.
** Tonight, Brooklyn is at Miami as the Heat get back into the swing of things after sweeping Charlotte in their opening playoff round. Portland opens its series with San Antonio tonight as well.
** In the NHL playoffs, Pittsburgh blanks the New York Rangers again 2-0 to go up 2-0 in the series and Los Angeles downs Anaheim to go up 2-0 in that series. Tonight, Boston is at Montreal and Chicago visits Minnesota.
