Florida Baseball Defeats FAU; Two Wins Away From Omaha
For the fifth time in eight years under the guidance of head coach Kevin O’Sullivan, the Florida baseball team will be advancing to the Super Regional of the NCAA Tournament. The Gators rolled through its NCAA Regional with a win against Florida Atlantic 2-1 on Sunday.
Florida fell behind to Florida Atlantic in the first inning when Ricky Santiago picked up an RBI single. After giving up the only earned run from Florida starting pitchers this weekend, Alex Faedo began to settle in.
