If Florida beats Western Michigan they will take on the winner of the William & Mary vs. UCF game in the second round.
In 2014, the Gators advanced to NCAA Quarterfinal but did not move forward as Stanford took at 4-3 penalty kick advantage after the teams played into double overtime 2-2 tie.
Head Coach Becky Burleigh says the focus for the 2015 NCAA championship is to continue maximizing the team’s potential.
Burleigh also says the team that will win the NCAA championship is the team that continues to play better even at this stage.
