Florida Volleyball Learns NCAA Tournament Path

Ending the regular season with a record of 22-6 overall and 13-5 in the SEC, the Florida Volleyball team takes the number 11 national seed heading into NCAA tournament play.

The Gators will host the first and second rounds in the Stephen O’Connell Center on December 3rd and 4th. This is the 23rd time in 25 years that Florida will be hosting the first and second rounds in the O’Dome.

Up first for Florida, they will take on the New Hampshire Wildcats who hold a 21-8 overall record on their regular season. This will be the first time ever that Florida and New Hampshire will meet. The Gators come into the NCAA tournament leading the nation with a .317 hitting percentage.

With a win in the first and second round, Florida will earn a spot in the Austin Regional. First serve on Thursday for the Gators is set for 7:00 PM.
