Gator FB Gets Big Commit From Wide Receiver

February 3, 2016

The Florida football program got a big time commitment today from wide receiver Tyrie Cleveland, announced just minutes ago.   Cleveland had been a verbal to Houston but today he chose to attend the University of Florida.

Earlier today, Florida lost out on defensive end Brian Burns who chose FSU over the Gators and Georgia.   Running back Lamical Perine also chose Florida today as well.

Defensive lineman Shavar Manuel also decommits from Florida; he could sign with Florida State.

We will update the commitments as the day goes on and make sure to stay tuned to ESPN Gainesville/95.3 FM and our ESPN Gainesville Twitter account for more about National Signing Day and Florida coach Jim McElwain’s press conference on the 2016.
