Orlando Magic Play The Dallas Mavericks In Their First Game After the All-Star Weekend

February 19, 2016

The Magic are back in action after the All-Star Weekend. They host the Dallas Mavericks 7:00 p.m. tonight at the Amway Center.

This will be the Magic’s first game without forward Channing Frye and Tobias Harris who were traded to the Cavs and the Pistons respectively. The Magic in turn have acquired Brandon Jennings (PG) and Ersan Ilyasova (PF) from the Pistons. Both have played under Magic coach Scott Skiles in Milwaukee from 2009-2013.

Jennings says he’s happy to reconnect with Magic coach Scott Skiles, whom he played for in Milwaukee.

The Magic will try to beat Dallas at home for the first time in almost a decade with the two new additions. The Mavericks had a 107-102 victory on March 18 when they two last met. They are currently 23-29 and stand 11th place in the Eastern conference.
