Gator Golf in Kohler Regional Championship
Florida men’s golf teed off in Kohler Wisconsin this morning for the start of the Kohler Regional Championships.
The Gators are coming off of a third-place tie at the SEC championship last month.
Ranked No.7 overall, the Gators are hoping to place in the top five which will secure them a spot for the National Championship.
Coach J.C Deacon said that if the Gators want to do well in the Kohler Regional Championship they will have to just play the way the way they know how.
Deacon is thrilled with the season the Gators had despite it being such a young team.
The Gators have five freshmen on the team this year and among them are standouts Sam Horsfield and Gordon Neale. Both are coming off of back to back top five finishes.
