Antonio Valentino Talks Gators Pro Day

The Florida Football program worked out as it hosted Pro Day for 16 eligible Gators who participated on Monday.

Gators football has been on a rise after the new hiring of head coach, Billy Napier. Napier has come into the program with experience and anticipates turning the program around.

Furthermore, Napier sent off 16 Gators for Pro Day. Starting with redshirt senior, defensive lineman, Antonio Valentino who joined the Gators program last season after transferring from Penn State. He spent four years with the Nittany Lions, appearing in 40 games recording 51 tackles and 17 solo.

Valentino ended his redshirt senior year with the Gators starting in eight of 12 games he played. Recording 15 solo tackles and one sack for the season.

Then, Valentino participated in the Gators NFL Pro day and sat down with Steve Russell on Sports Scene to talk about his Gator career and his experience throughout Florida Pro Day.

Couple things I didn’t expect to happen, but I know I put the work in so as a whole I’m taking away couple things not benching the way I wanted to”

Additionally, he holds the bench record at Penn State.
