SEC Highlight Games

Georgia v. Kentucky

Georgia stayed unbeaten with a 16-6 win over Kentucky.  The Bulldogs end the regular season with their annual game with Georgia Tech.  Then, it’s the SEC title game against LSU.  It has been announced that Georgia’s tight end, Brock Bowers is a semifinalist for the Biletnikoff Award.

South Carolina v. Tennessee

South Carolina shocked everyone by beating fifth ranked Tennessee 63 -38. Carolina had a comeback after a tough loss to the Gators (38-6) the week before. The Gators lost to Tennessee early in the season 38-33. The loss drops the Vols from playoff contention and they also lost starting quarterback Hendon Hooker to a torn ACL.  Two Gamecock players were awarded SEC Player of the Week. Jaylen Nichols has been awarded Co-Offensive Lineman of the Week and quarterback Spencer Rattler is the SEC Co-Offensive Player of the Week.
