The Florida women’s basketball team will play the Missouri Tigers in the last game of the regular season on Sunday at 3 p.m.
The Gators ( 15-13) look to end their season strong with a win against Missouri ( 17-11) after getting a win against the Alabama Crimson Tide on Thursday. The Gators hope to get a win for momentum for next week’s SEC Tournament.

Gators Look to Continue Winning Rhythm Against Tigers Heading into SEC
On Thursday, Florida beat Alabama on Senior day 81-77. Heading into their away matchup against the Tigers, the Gators have lost their last six when playing outside of the O’Connell Center. In SEC play, the Gators are 4-11 this season while the Tigers are 6-9. While the Gators SEC record is far from stellar, two wins in a row against SEC opponents to finish the season would be the best possible outcome heading into the SEC tournament.
Last Time Florida Played Missouri
Last year, Florida played Missouri at home and lost 78-73. Despite the loss, Jordyn Merritt, a sophomore, scored a career-high 23 points in the second half for the Gators. Heading into this game, Merritt, now a junior, is averaging 7.1 points a game. While not being as impactful as last season, this season, KK Deans is the Gator leading scorer averaging 14.4 points a game. Deans is coming off 22 points against Alabama in her Senior Day game and 30 points in the game prior versus LSU.
This week we are celebrating 3 incredible seniors!

Tigers Look to Beat Gators
