As the weekend approaches, Florida Gators athletes are preparing to get up to bat, tee-off and fire past goalies. Baseball, golf, lacrosse and softball will be in the UF spotlight for the next few days.
As their seasons draw closer to postseason games, they each hope to make a final mark before their conference tournaments.

After struggling a bit during the middle of the season, Florida baseball has found its momentum again. The team has won eight of its past nine games and will host No. 5 Arkansas this weekend in a series with serious postseason implications.
