Harrison Moore Named SEC Offensive Lineman Of The Week

Junior Harrison Moore has been named the SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week, the league office announced Monday. The announcement comes after Moore played a crucial role in Florida’s 44-39 win at Auburn (2-1, 0-1 SEC).

Moore did not allow a sack, QB hit, QB hurry or QB pressure the entire game, while playing all 81 offensive snaps at center. Moore posted a game-high bass blocking grade of 83.9, according to PPF.

With Moore leading the offensive line, the Gators (3-0, 1-0 SEC) put up 495 total yards (243 rushing and 253 passing). His blocking efforts helped running back Jadan Baugh become the first Gator to rush for 100 yards at Auburn since Bo Carroll in 1996.

The first-year Georgia Tech transfer has been key to the Gators’ success this season. Moore has only allowed one QB hurry and pressure and has recorded a PPF pass block efficiency of 99.3.

In the route to Florida’s 3-0 record, Moore and the offensive line have only yielded two sacks and two QB hurries. With a blocking grade of 71.3, the Gators sit at third in the SEC and 19th in the FBS.

Moore is the first Gator to win the award since Austin Barber’s 2024 performance against Mississippi State.

Moore and the Gators are back in action Saturday, when No. 4 Ole Miss (3-0, 1-0 SEC) comes to Gainesville for a top-25 SEC matchup.
