Orlando Magic at Indiana Pacers Recap

November 10, 2015

The Orlando Magic did not play their best game Monday night against the Indiana Pacers losing 97 to 84.

The game was close for the first three quarters until Orlando went cold offensively. The Magic relied heavily on their defense, but their offense in the fourth quarter was sloppy and out of sync. The Magic committed 22 total turnovers and eight in the fourth quarter alone.

Magic Head Coach Scott Skiles says he was not satisfied with the teams shooting.  The team wasn’t sharing the ball and passing was not good in the restricted area. Skiles says the team’ selfish play prevented the team from winning the game.

Magic’s forward Channing Frye says he was disappointed with the team due to missing too many easy shots and hopes the next game the team eliminates the turnovers and mistakes. Frye knows the team will learn from their mistakes and will buckle down for the next game.

Guard Evan Fournier lead the team with 21 points.

The Magic’s next game is Wednesday against the Lakers in Orlando.
