Gator Volleyball Sweeps FSU

The Gator volleyball team ran its record to 3-0 on the young season after sweeping Florida State in three straight games Tuesday night in the O’Connell Center.

The matches were hard fought wins however of 25-21, 25-22 and 25-22 and the Gators seniors were also very good. Kelly Murphy had a school record 23rd triple-double of 12 kills, 10 digs and 17 assists. Three other seniors combined for 21 kills to help take care of a good FSU team.

Florida next plays at home Friday against Florida Atlantic University.
