As the Gator football season moves into October, 10th ranked Florida sits at 4 and 0 for the fourth year in a row. The Gators are coming off a bye week and will host their toughest opponent so far…the fourth ranked LSU Tigers. Last year after a 4 and 0 month of September, the Gators went 0 and 4 in October, and head coach Will Muschamp says he uses that fact as motivation for the team.
Last year against LSU the Gators were forced to start a true freshman quarterback in Jacoby Brissett with no game time experience. This time around, sophomore QB Jeff Driskel has won the position. He says LSU’s defense is quick, but the Gators will be able to adjust.
On the other side of the ball, senior starting linebacker Jon Bostic says the Gators are going to have to play four strong quarters to be able to shut down the LSU offense.
Kickoff is set for 3:30. Make sure to tune in right here on Saturday beginning with the First and Ten Pregame show at 12:30.
