The Chicago Cubs leads the National League Divisional Series 2 to 1 over the St. Louis Cardinals, after an 8 to 6 victory in Game 3 last night in Chicago. Both teams will meet again tonight at Wrigley Field and with a win, the Cubs will advance to the National League Championship Series, for the first time since 2003.

After a historic win last night with six home runs, a post season record, the Cubs have high hopes for Game 4. The players who hit the homers last night include Kyle Schwarber, Jorge Soler, Starlin Castro, Anthony Rizzo, Kris Bryant,  and Dexter Fowler.

If the Cardinals lose the series tonight, it will be the first time since 2009 that they haven’t advanced to the NLCS. Pitcher John Lackey has not given up the chance for the team to advance just yet by saying the Cardinals “still got a chance.”
