Day One

Florida showed out early in the men’s and women’s long jump invite. Malcolm Clemens (7.76 meters) placed third in the men’s event while Jasmine Moore (6.98 meters) and Claire Bryant (6.75 meters) placed first and third respectively on the women’s side.

The Gators garnered three runner-up finishes from Alida Van Daalen in the women’s shot put invite (18.14 meters), Corvell Todd in the men’s high jump invite (2.14 meters) and Robert Gregory in the men’s 200-meter dash (19.78 seconds).

Five Gators placed inside the top 10 of the men’s and women’s 1,500-meter race — and all recorded personal bests.

Day Two

Moore came through again in the women’s triple jump when she placed second following her 13.91-meter performance. Florida shined in the long-distance events toward the end of the meet.

Sam Austin paced the 11 Gators who competed in the men’s 800-meter run and finished sixth overall in one-minute, 47 seconds flat. Imogen Barrett’s 2:00.96 time in the women’s 800 was good enough for second overall and second in the all-time UF record books.

Liina Winborn earned UF’s second gold medal of the meet in the women’s 3,000-meter run. She completed the event in 9:54.38.

Florida ended the meet with solid efforts in the 4×400-meter relays. The men’s contingent of Ryan Willie, Jacory Patterson, Pjay Austin and Gregory placed second with a time of 38.54-seconds that was the eighth best in school history.

The women’s quartet of Ramiah Elliot, Talitha Diggs, Jayla Hollis and Vanessa Watson recorded bronze in 3:29.27.
