Morgan Vazquez is a junior at the University of Florida. She is journalist and storyteller studying Media Production, Management, and Technology with a minor in Mandarin Chinese. She has reported for ESPN WRUF and The Independent Florida Alligator, and managed social brands for athletic organizations including UF Women’s Rugby. Her favorite professional experience took her to the 2024 Paris Olympics as a multimedia content creator. Morgan's passion for women's sports focuses her writing and creative efforts on the intersection of sports, culture, and community; highlighting stories that go beyond the scoreboard. Her ultimate goal is to amply diverse stories in sports. Morgan is lifelong Dolphins, Heat and Padres fan. When she’s not reporting, you’ll likely find her with a book in hand or on her yoga mat.
