Wimbledon continues, baseball results, NBA news and more in our Tuesday Sports Update…

** Wimbledon resumes today after most of the big names won matches yesterday.   However, men’s nine seed Marin Cilic and women’s six seed Lucie Safarova were beaten.

** Baseball names the All Star Game reserves for the game later this month.  You will see a lot of Kansas City Royals on the AL roster.

** In action yesterday, Tampa Bay was rained out at Kansas City; Atlanta beats Milwaukee 5-3.   Those teams play today and Miami starts a series at Boston.

** In the NBA, the San Antonio Spurs will have veteran guard Manu Ginobili back next year.   And reports also have veteran David West signing with the team as well.

** Florida State has dismissed quarterback De’Andre Johnson from the team after a video was released allegedly showing Johnson hitting a woman at a bar.   He has been charged with misdemeanor battery.
