The Florida Gator softball team will play for a national championship in the College World Series after beating Baylor 6-3 Sunday afternoon in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Florida built a 5-0 lead and looked to be cruising behind another nice performance from senior Hannah Rogers in the circle but the Bears scored three runs late to cut the Florida lead to 5-3.
However, the Gators tacked on an insurance run and Rogers settled down to earn the complete game victory.
The Gators will face either Alabama or Oregon in the national championship.
