Recap

Tottenham continued their blistering run of form at White Hart Lane, winning their seventh straight league game overall and their twelfth straight league game at White Hart Lane. For the second straight week, they dominated the visiting side to the tune of a four-goal victory.

Just like last week against Watford, Spurs pounced early.

Moussa Dembele opened the scoring on 16 minutes. Christian Eriksen whipped a corner kick from the left flag, and the ball bounced its way to Dembele near the six-yard box. All that was left for him to do was smash into the back of the net for the 1-0 lead.

Son Heung-Min doubled that lead just three minutes later. Harry Kane combined with Son on the edge of the box, with Kane flicking a ball on for Son. Son took a big touch and used his pace to get to a spot where could get the shot off. His shot went five-hole, between the legs of keeper Artur Boruc.

Tottenham kept coming in waves at Bournemouth, as Spurs had 69 percent of the possession and registered 14 shots on goal throughout the match. Bournemouth was lucky to enter the break only down by two goals.

But three minutes after the restart, Harry Kane’s twentieth goal of the season sealed the deal for the home side.

Dele Alli crossed it in from the right wing and Kane fought his way for control of the ball in the box. He eventually cut back on to his left foot and curled it around Boruc to make it a three-goal lead.

As icing on the cake, Vincent Janssen added a fourth goal in stoppage time to make it a second straight 4-0 win for Spurs at White Hart Lane.
