Gator Baseball Hosts Bethune Cookman Tonight

The Gator baseball team swings back into action tonight when it hosts Bethune Cookman; you can hear the game live at 7pm on WRUF Sports Radio 850.

Florida took two of three from Cal State Fullerton in its season opening series while the Wildcats did the same thing in playing Florida Gulf Coast.

The Gators are scheduled to start freshman Johnny Magliozzi after he made one relief appearance this past weekend.   Pitching for the Wildcats is sophomore righthander Scott Garner who is 0-0 with a 4.50 earned run average.

Florida scored only 17 runs in its games against Fullerton but Bethune Cookman also struggled at the plate hitting just .206 in its first three games.
